Founder & Principal Consultant
  • Chye Seng is the Founder and Principal Consultant of CPROACC Advisory Pte Ltd, bringing over 30 years of combined experience in operations, finance, internal audit, risk management, and business valuation.

  • Chye Seng began his career in operations before making a bold and purposeful career transition into accounting and corporate governance in his early 30s. This journey shaped his unique ability to bridge commercial realities with internal control requirements – a perspective that pure auditors often lack. He brings a wealth of experience advising companies on strengthening governance, managing risks, and improving operational effectiveness.

  • Chye Seng holds esteemed fellowship and qualification from several prominent professional bodies, including:
  • Fellow Chartered Accountant (Singapore) of Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountant (ISCA)
  • Chartered Valuer & Appraisal (CVA) from Institute of Valuer & Appraisal Singapore (IVAS)
  • Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) from Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)
  • Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) from Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE)
  • Certified Risk Management Assurance (CRMA) from Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)
Prior to founding CPROACC Advisory, he held senior leadership roles in internal audit and corporate governance, including serving as the Head of Internal Audit for a global environmental services company, which he progressively advanced to become the Head of Corporate Accounting and also the Singapore Financial Controller. He played a pivotal role in strengthening enterprise-wide controls and preparing the company for a highly successful private equity exit. At CPROACC Advisory, Chye Seng partners with clients across industries to strengthen internal controls, improve financial transparency, and align governance with business strategy. Whether supporting a startup, an SME, or a group preparing for M&A, he brings integrity, insight, and hands-on experience to every engagement.
